Important Information
Ensure you read all of this before commissioning me.
Payment is accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi only.
The client is responsible for covering any transaction fees associated with payment processing.
Work will not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
All commission-related communication will be conducted through Discord.
Initial inquiries may be made through email; however, transferring communication to Discord is strongly preferred.
Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner. Extended periods of inactivity may result in delays or cancellation of the commission.
Minor revisions are included during the production process.
Major revisions or changes requested after approval of a completed stage may incur additional fees.
Revision requests must be clearly communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
Estimated completion times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Final files will be delivered in the agreed-upon format.
Commissioned work is for the client's channel content use only unless specified otherwise.
The client may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or profit from the commissioned work without prior written permission.
Credit must be provided whenever the commissioned work is publicly posted, used in a video, or otherwise displayed. A link to my portfolio or socials in the video description will usually suffice.
I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio.
I reserve the right to post clips, screenshots, previews, or excerpts of commissioned work on social media and other platforms for promotional purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, commissioned work may be showcased after completion.
I reserve the right to stream or publicly share portions of my workflow, including work-in-progress footage, on social media, livestreams, or similar platforms.
The client must provide all necessary assets, references, and information required for the commission.
The client confirms they have permission to use any materials they provide.
Delays caused by missing assets or incomplete information may affect delivery times.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at my sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
If a commission is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be issued at my discretion.
If a commission is canceled after work has started, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed.
By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Shorts, reels, clips, and any content under ~3 minutes.
Full-length videos, documentaries, and longer content.
Base visualizer video. Additional scenes billed at +$10 each.
Need it fast? Rush orders are prioritised in the queue.
For channels with 1–5,000 subscribers. I love working with smaller creators.
One revision is included free. Additional revisions are billed individually.
Delivered in whatever format you need. MP4 by default.
Full resolution export up to 3840×2160 at 60 frames per second. 1080p Default.
Auto-included by default on all applicable video formats unless specified otherwise.
One round of changes is always included at no extra cost.
Estimated from the date work begins — not from initial inquiry. Rush orders are moved to the front of the queue.
Open to freelance projects, full-time roles, and conversation. I usually reply same day through Discord.
